MOSL opened in April 2017 as the market operator for the non-household water retail market in England. MOSL are responsible for the day-to-day running of the market and help 1.2 million business customers in choosing who supplies their water and wastewater services.

Project Brief

I was approached by Emotive Communications to establish a comprehensive set of brand guidelines that would help the client achieve consistency in their branding efforts across all communication channels ahead of the water market opening. Later projects included annual and quarterly reviews to showcase the progress of the non-household water retail market, to the stakeholders and the public.

The Solution

Brand guidelines were created to ensure consistency in the client’s branding efforts across all communication channels. The guidelines specified the use of logos, typography, color palette, and imagery. The annual and quarterly reviews were designed to showcase the progress of the non-household water retail market. The reviews included detailed information on the market’s performance, key achievements, and future plans.
